I am dissapointed with the size of the mother's birthstones, which are barely visible to the eye. The mother's circle is also much smaller than the dauhter's one.......😐😐😐

The bracelet for my daughter was supposed to show mine and her birthstones. Her birhday is in June and the birthstone is pearl. Mine is amethyst (for February). The bracelet appears to have gotten my stone right, but hers is not pearls, but something light pink. Can you explain please why other stones were substituted for pearls??
I ordered the mother/daughter bracelet. One for myself and one for my daughter. The quality is really good and I love the design. I can't wait to give it to her on Mother's Day. We both have March birthdays. I love that the gemstones are different shapes to designate mother and daughter.

The bracelet is beautiful. The only thing I am disappointed about is the color of the Mother January birthstone is more orange than red color I was wanting. After emailing them with a picture they said so sorry but that is the color it’s supposed to be & offered me 30% refund. So I’m just going to keep it but I will probably not order from them again.

I ordered the incorrect birth month so not the colours I wanted.
I was disappointed they arrived in a plastic bag. I wanted to keep one for me and send the other to Australia to my daughter. I emailed and enquired whether I could buy a presentation box and was told I could buy one online but there was no option on the website for me to do that. So I never sent it to her because the plastic bag cheapened the look of the gift. If I could get one presentation box I would be delighted. Maybe you could send one to me as a good will gesture as I have tried my best to buy one and failed. Regards Susan
The bracelets are very pretty. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive in time to gift them to my daughter-in-law and granddaughter. As mentioned in a previous email, I would have thought that each bracelet would have been in it's own box. Instead two bracelets, for two different people (which you know, as it is marketed for mother AND daughter) arrived in one box. I would have thought that the message card would have been sized to fit into the box, rather than being too large for the box.
