Our stainless steel based jewelry is tarnish and water resistant. Avoid contact with strong chemicals and cleaning agents (detergent, bleach, perfume) as these solutions may damage the layer of gold or silver plating and will cause tarnishing or discoloration.. 

Keep your jewelry pristine and clean by wiping them down with a scratch-free cloth for a smudge-free shine.

Our shipping times can generally be divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Our processing time consists of production, order verification, product personalization, product quality control and packaging. Due to the large number of orders, this currently accounts for 2-4 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, it typically arrives within 6-12 business days.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
